Lance Andrews, Board Chair, called the 20th Annual Meeting of the Members of TESS to order at 10:00 AM on September 28, 2005. The meeting was held at the Hilton Arlington Hotel. Lance announced that the purpose of the meeting was to vote on an amendment to the Bylaws, elect 5 Directors and to conduct other business that may come before the Members.

Minutes

Richard Eskuchen, Board Chair, called the 18th Annual Meeting of the Members of TESS to order at 10:00 AM on September 17, 2003. The meeting was held at the Hilton Arlington Hotel. Richard announced that the purpose of the meeting was to elect 6 Directors and to conduct other business that may come before the Members.
